He then completed a B.Sc. in Computer and Research in Operations at the School of Planning and Computer Application, Tehran, in 1977, with an outstanding GPA of 3.63 out of 4. Dr. Nazemi pursued a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering with a specialization in Research in Operations from Isfahan University of Technology in 1989, followed by another M.Sc. in Systems Engineering with a focus on Economics at the Research and Development Institute in 1997, where he excelled with an average score of 18 out of 20. Furthering his academic journey, he obtained a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering with a minor in Information Technology from Sciences and Researches Institute, Tehran, in 2004, achieving an impressive average score of 18.5 out of 20.
