Lalit Dzifa Kodzo is a Ghanaian scholar and mental health nursing professional whose career spans clinical practice, teaching, and international research. She holds advanced qualifications in nursing, public health, mental health education, and foreign language teaching, with her academic journey rooted in Ghana and further enriched through training and doctoral studies in China. Her professional experience includes serving as a lecturer, senior nursing tutor, staff nurse, and volunteer in clinical mental health settings, where she has mentored students, guided research, and engaged in therapeutic interventions for adolescents and adults. Her research interests focus on psychosocial management of mental health disorders, child and adolescent depression, perinatal mental health, and nursing education, with a strong emphasis on culturally sensitive interventions. She has honed research skills in qualitative methodologies, psychosocial rehabilitation, classroom and educational technology applications, and psychoeducational program development, supported by proficiency in SPSS, Endnote, and Microsoft Office.
