Dr. Aquil Mohmad earned his B.V.Sc & A.H. from SKUAST-Kashmir (2009-2014) , followed by an M.V.Sc in Veterinary Parasitology & Immunology from IVRI (2014-2016) , where he studied advanced molecular diagnostics for Theileria annulata . He further pursued a Ph.D. (2016-2022) at IVRI in Veterinary Parasitology, specializing in recombinant antigen-based diagnostics for bovine tropical theileriosis . Throughout his academic journey, Dr. Mohmad demonstrated technical proficiency in molecular biology, animal handling, and immunodiagnostics, complemented by publications in reputed journals , winning awards for scientific contributions . Dr. Aquil Mohmad has built a rich professional journey in veterinary science, starting as a Veterinary Officer & Disease Diagnosis Officer (2019-2024) , handling livestock health and diagnostic services across J&K . After completing his Ph.D., he returned to field service before transitioning into academia . Since March 2024, he has served as Assistant Professor (Veterinary Technology) at Govt.
