Faten Limaïem is a Tunisian physician and academic who has built a distinguished career as an Associate Professor of Anatomic Pathology at the Faculty of Medicine of Tunis and Mongi Slim Hospital. She completed her medical studies at the Faculties of Medicine of Sousse and Tunis and went on to specialize in pathology, obtaining national board certifications and advanced diplomas in breast diseases, thoracic oncology, fetal and placental pathology, digital pedagogy, and medical education. Professionally, she combines clinical expertise in surgical pathology, cytopathology, and intra-operative consultations with a passion for teaching, mentoring, and curriculum innovation, especially in digital learning. Her research interests center on rare tumors, gastrointestinal, hepatobiliary, gynecologic, fetal, and placental pathology, as well as medical education methodologies. With more than one hundred indexed publications and hundreds of citations, she has contributed substantially to medical literature and serves as a peer reviewer for numerous international journals. Her research skills include advanced histopathological analysis, diagnostic interpretation, bibliometric evaluation, and pedagogical development. She has received national recognition for academic excellence and has played a leadership role in supervising doctoral and master’s research. Dr. Muhammad Adnan Sabir Mughal is a dedicated researcher and academic from Pakistan specializing in parasitology, with a strong focus on molecular surveillance of parasites affecting humans and livestock. He holds a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, an MPhil in Parasitology, and is pursuing a PhD in Parasitology at the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad, where his work explores the epidemiology of equine trypanosomatids in Southern Punjab. His research interests extend to food- and waterborne parasites, antiparasitic potential of natural extracts, and the application of bioinformatics in novel drug design against protozoan parasites. He possesses advanced technical skills in DNA and RNA extraction, PCR, sequence and phylogenetic analysis, as well as blotting techniques, alongside clinical and diagnostic expertise in animal health. He has been recognized with bronze and silver medals for academic excellence, university merit scholarships, and a Young Leaders Award by Volunteer Force Pakistan.
