She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Pediatrics from China Medical University (CMU) in 1987, followed by a Master’s degree in Pediatrics from the same institution in 1999. She subsequently completed her Doctor of Medicine (Pediatrics) degree at CMU in 2005, solidifying her foundation in clinical and research-based pediatric cardiology. In 1999, she undertook specialized training in interventional treatment of congenital heart diseases at the Army General Hospital of the Shenyang Military Region. Furthering her academic exposure internationally, Dr. Wang conducted advanced research in Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD) cardiomyopathy at the Gene Therapy Center of Nationwide Children’s Hospital, affiliated with Ohio University, USA (2013–2014). Dr. Wang’s professional career began in 1987 at Shengjing Hospital, CMU, as a teaching assistant and residential physician.
