She completed extensive training in health service management, forensic psychiatry, adult education (certified trainer), emergency management, and project leadership through Romanian government programs and EU-funded initiatives. Her postdoctoral training emphasized advanced research management and forensic psychiatric expertise. She holds official certification as a Primary Forensic Pathologist from the Ministry of Health, Romania. Since 2001, she has taught at the University of Oradea and “George Emil Palade” University of Medicine and Pharmacy, progressing from Junior Assistant to Head of the Forensic Medicine Department. She is a Primary Forensic Pathologist and the current Head of the Institute of Forensic Medicine, Târgu Mureș. Her roles included head of works, associate professor, and scientific researcher. She directed the Mobile Forensic Laboratory project (HURO/0801/153), coordinated cross-border emergency forensic response initiatives, and served as an expert consultant in EU-funded health projects. She’s been involved in capacity building, served on interdisciplinary research teams, and lectured under Erasmus mobility programs.
