Hsiao Peng Wei completed his Ph.D. in Design from Yunlin University of Science and Technology, Taiwan, in 2018. There, he engaged in immersive virtual 3D environment research. In addition to his doctoral education, he gained practical experience assisting in five research projects — including three national science and technology projects and two industry-academic partnerships — that shaped his methodological approach and interdisciplinary perspective.
