Dr. Nadia Rehman has a strong academic foundation in education, holding a PhD in Comparative Education from Shaanxi Normal University, China (2022). She furthered her expertise with an M.Phil. in Teacher Education from Fatima Jinnah Women University (2018) and a Master’s in Educational Leadership & Management from the same institution in 2015. Dr. Rehman also completed a B.Sc. in Zoology, Botany, and Psychology from Punjab University Lahore in 2013, after completing her F.Sc. in Pre-Medical from FG Postgraduate College for Women in 2010. Dr. Nadia Rehman has extensive professional experience in the education sector. She has worked as an advisor with the Executive Committee of the Education Department, where she organized various educational competitions and activities at Fatima Jinnah Women’s University Rawalpindi. Additionally, Dr. Rehman completed a 40-day internship as a science teacher at F.G Public High School Rawalpindi. She has also contributed to international conferences, such as the one on Gender, Sciences & Humanities in collaboration with Texas, Austin, US. Dr. Rehman participated in workshops, including one on mentoring at Fatima Jinnah Women University and short-term training for College Principals/DDOs on governance, finance, and audit. Furthermore, she has hands-on teaching experience, having taught biology at Chinar Public School Islamabad and completed her Teaching Practice at Sir Sayed High School for Girls Rawalpindi. Dr. Rehman also served as a research assistant for a HEC-funded project in collaboration with NUML University Islamabad.

Her work explores 21st-century skills development among students, particularly through project-based learning in mathematics, and investigates teacher education through technology integration, such as using interactive computer simulations to teach physics at the secondary level. Dr. Rehman has also conducted research on the environmental awareness of elementary school students and examined the challenges faced by pre-service teachers in acquiring technological pedagogical content knowledge (TPACK). Additionally, her studies have delved into the socio-psychological effects of parental divorce on students, aiming to understand its impact on their academic performance.
