Education
Dr. Sadek earned his Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Medicinal Chemistry and Drug Design in 1999 from the Free University of Berlin (FUB), where his thesis focused on the development of selective and potent Histamine H3-Receptor Antagonists. He also holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy, which he received in 1994 from FUB.

Throughout his career, Dr. Sadek has held various academic positions, starting as a Teaching Assistant at the Free University of Berlin, progressing to Assistant Professor roles at universities in the UAE and Germany. Notably, he was the Director of the Pharm-D Program at UAE University from 2015 to 2019. Since 2021, he has been a Full Professor at UAE University and a Research Associate at Heinrich Heine University in DĆ¼sseldorf, Germany.

Dr. Sadek has advanced expertise in preclinical research design and medical statistical analysis. He is proficient in statistical software like SPSS and GraphPad Prism, as well as molecular modeling tools such as ChemDraw, MOE, PyMol, and drug-likeness prediction programs.
