Mr. Guan Yuchun is an accomplished Chinese geologist with a master’s degree in Mineralogy, Petrology and Ore Deposit Geology from the China University of Geosciences in Beijing, where he also completed his undergraduate studies in Geology. His academic journey was distinguished by multiple national scholarships and active leadership roles, reflecting both academic excellence and commitment to teamwork. Professionally, he has served as a geological engineer at the Beijing Institute of Mineral Resources and currently works as a senior geological engineer at Zijin Mining Group’s Southwest Geological Exploration Company, where he leads major projects in mineral resource exploration, including lithium and polymetallic deposits. His research interests encompass granite petrogenesis, polymetallic metallogenesis, geochemical exploration, and regional mineral prediction, with numerous publications in prestigious journals such as Geological Journal and Acta Geologica Sinica. Skilled in geological software and data analysis tools including Surpac, Leapfrog, ArcGIS, and CAD, he brings both technical and analytical expertise to his fieldwork and research.
