Work Experience:

📅 Since November 2023, I have been serving as a Youth Scholar at the School of Advanced Translation, Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, focusing on cross-linguistic and cultural communication in Chinese-English audiovisual translation. From May 2020 to October 2023, I worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the International School of Translation, Sun Yat-sen University. My research centered on integrating artificial intelligence technology in translation education, aiming to combine technology and human translation to optimize translation courses. During this period, I taught courses such as “Multimedia Translation” and “Translation Technology and Management.” 📚

📅 Earlier, from January 2020 to April 2020, I was an Interpreter Lecturer at the Department of English, Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, where I taught undergraduate courses in “Consecutive Interpreting” and “Simultaneous Interpreting.” Prior to that, from January 2019 to January 2020, I served as a Lecturer in Translation and Interpreting at the Department of Translation, University of Leicester, UK.
