Dr. Asmaa Abdelmaksoud, Ph.D., is a distinguished molecular biologist and pathology researcher currently serving as a Research Associate in the Department of Ophthalmology at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and a Senior Fellow in the Department of Pathology at the National Liver Institute, Menoufia University, Egypt. She holds advanced degrees in molecular biology, analytical biochemistry, and histology from Menoufia and Sadat City Universities, where she also developed expertise in molecular pathology and genetic engineering.
