Dr. Zuber holds a Ph.D. in Health Sciences – Public Health (expected 2025) from Chitkara University, India. He completed his Master of Public Health (MPH) from the University of Lucknow in 2010 and earned a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Agra, in 2006. He has also acquired numerous certifications, including programs from Harvard University, UC Berkeley, and WHO, in public health and epidemiology.

His current position as an Epidemiologist at IDSP involves data analysis, outbreak investigations, and capacity-building of state health officials. Previous roles include Program Manager (Primary Healthcare) at IIM Udaipur’s healthcare initiative and Surveillance Specialist at SHARE INDIA (partner of the US CDC). He has also contributed to disaster relief work in Uttarakhand and served as a Dental Surgeon in Uttar Pradesh.
