He has been an Honorary Professor at the Pediatric Orthopedic Institute in Saint Petersburg, Russia, since 2010 and a Visiting Professor at the National Medical Research Center for Traumatology and Orthopedics, Ilizarov, Kurgan, Russia, since 2020.

Dr. Al Kaissi is a member of the Royal Society of Medicine (UK), the Austrian Medical Council, the Tunisian Medical Association, and the Science Advisory Board (USA).

Dr. Al Kaissi maintains extensive collaborations with institutions in Russia, the UK, Canada, and Australia. He has co-authored numerous papers with Prof. Michael Baraitser (UK) and Prof. Kazimierz Kozlowski (Australia), focusing on genetic disorders and pediatric orthopedics.
